Yes, every watch we sell is 100% authentic. We offer a money-back guarantee if proven otherwise.
Is every watch available?
Yes, all listed watches are available. However, since transactions move quickly at PreownedWatch, we recommend confirming availability with our admin team first.
Can I view the watch before buying?
Yes, viewing is possible with a refundable down payment. If you decide not to proceed after viewing, your payment will be fully refunded.
What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept bank transfers, but credit or debit card payments are also available (terms and conditions apply). We also support QuickBill — for details, please contact our admin.
Do you offer a buy-back system?
Currently, we do not have a buy-back program.
Do you accept trade-ins?
Yes, we do. Our team will evaluate the market value and condition of your watch before confirming the trade-in.
How do you ship the watches?
We provide exclusive delivery within the Jabodetabek area (and nearby locations). For other regions, we use trusted shipping partners such as JNE to ensure safe delivery.
Do you ship outside Indonesia?
Yes, we ship to selected Southeast Asian countries, with specific terms and conditions applied. Please contact us for details.
